Nonos & comestibles
About This Spot
Stepping into Nonos & comestibles feels like entering a quietly elegant Parisian sanctuary that hums with understated warmth. Tucked within the historic walls of Le Crillon Hotel on Rue Boissy d'Anglas, this fine dining retreat balances a refined stillness with approachable conviviality—a place where time unfolds gently, inviting diners to slow down and savor the moment.
The atmosphere here sways between polished and personal. Whether sitting at the intimate bar for a tranquil midday retreat or settling into the serene garden when the sun graces the terrace, there’s a soft buzz of contentment in the air. Conversations meander with ease, and the attentive yet unobtrusive staff create a rhythm that never feels rushed, encouraging you to be fully present in the experience.
At Nonos & comestibles, the cuisine emerges as a thoughtful celebration of French gastronomy’s best virtues—classic yet inventive, rich yet balanced. Plates arrive with a quiet artistry that feels both deliberate and heartfelt, capturing the spirit of tradition through delicate touches. The savoriness of perfectly cooked meats, the delicate lift of a cheese soufflé, or the warmth of a well-crafted dessert reveals a deep respect for ingredients and technique without ever feeling heavy-handed.
The meal unfolds as a journey where flavors and textures invite conversation, reflection, and the simple pleasure of good company. Whether it’s the way a carving trolley glides through the dining room, offering tender slices of roasted beef, or the gentle sweetness of a soufflé that floats light as air, every dish is part of a human moment—an invitation to connect through taste and attention.
Here, food is never rushed, and neither is the dining. The wines—carefully curated and extensive enough to inspire curiosity—enhance the meal without overpowering the warmth of the surroundings. It’s a rare blend of familiarity and discovery, where regular visitors find their favorite corners and newcomers feel instantly at ease.
Nonos & comestibles feels like a place for marking meaningful occasions quietly or simply escaping the city’s brisk tempo for an afternoon. It’s a place where the art of French dining is lived as much through the textures of human connection as through the elements on a plate.

I absolutely love this restaurant. Whether I’m sitting at the bar for a cozy lunch or enjoying their beautiful garden when the weather is nice, the atmosphere is always perfect. The steak frites is outstanding, cooked to perfection every time. And the chariot tranché of roasted meat is simply delicious. The staff is also fantastic: warm, attentive, and always professional. One of my favorite spots in Paris!

Will remember this meal for the rest of my life! We had our lunch celebration after our renewal of vows here. The chef offered us a very generous menu to share. We had 4 Distractions to share, 4 starters, 4 mains, 4 desserts with beverage package of water, wine and hot drinks. Everything was very very good! I was able to order flowers from them and they came out big and beautiful. They also had the menu printed with our names. I very much appreciate that they sat us in the terrace in one long table. I have wished for that and even if they said configuration of terrace won't allow, I was surprised when I saw the long table in the terrace. They also accommodated us in Jardin de Hiver for coffee and hot chocolate prior to our lunch because Nonos does not open til 12. Ambiance was really elegant and the hot chocolate was very good! The service was excellent. Very responsive with emails. Very accommodating. Katrina and others helped me with everything. We appreciate everything! Thank you very, very much Nonos & Hotel de Crillon! Very grateful!

Amazing experience at Nonos by Paul Pairet! I had the steak frites, which was absolutely perfect — tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. The grilled vegetables were delicious and full of smoky flavor. For dessert, the poached pear with chocolate was a real highlight: elegant, rich, and perfectly balanced. The service was attentive and the atmosphere warm and stylish. A true Parisian brasserie with a modern twist. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A must try in Paris ! Dining at Nonos in Paris was an absolute delight — a true celebration of classic French cuisine delivered with elegance and warmth. We began our meal with a beautifully presented foie gras, accompanied by jewel-toned fruit gelées and crusty, artisanal bread. The foie gras was silky and delicately seasoned, a perfect example of the refined starters that French gastronomy is known for. The bread, hearty and well-baked, added rustic charm to the dish. For the main course, the steak-frites was outstanding. The steak arrived perfectly grilled with defined char lines, juicy and rich in flavor. The fries were golden and crispy, clearly hand-cut and made with care — far above your average side dish. A small sauce of bearnaise adding an extra layer of indulgence to the plate. Desserts at Nonos were equally impressive. One dish featured a luxurious cherry compote paired with what appeared to be a pistachio — the contrast of deep fruit flavors with the creamy, slightly nutty scoop was divine. Another standout was a classic strawberries and cream served in an elegant glass coupe. The whipped cream was visibly flecked with vanilla bean, fresh and luscious, sitting atop ripe, sweet berries — a simple pleasure done right. The overall ambiance was relaxed yet refined, with thoughtful table settings and attentive service that never felt rushed. A child’s tablet and water bottle on the table also hinted that the restaurant is welcoming to families, balancing sophistication with a casual charm that’s rare to find. In short, Nonos delivers a memorable Parisian dining experience, combining tradition with just the right touch of modern sensibility. Whether you're visiting for a romantic meal, a family dinner, or a leisurely lunch, this restaurant is a gem well worth seeking out.

Forth visit to Nonos confirmed why it's a good choice. We came for the steak and wine. It's a small, casual spot located inside Le Crillon Hotel. It's cozy and tables are very closed together. The service is always good and the food is delicious. The wine list they called " the Bible " is extensive and borderline overwhelming in the best way. Unless you know exactly what you're hunting for, good luck choosing; there are simply too many great options. The table side-carved bone-in ribeye remains a standout and reason alone to return. Sides are solid and well executed, and the service is attentive without being intrusive. A reliable favorite that continues to deliver.

We had dinner here on New Year’s Eve and the experience was excellent. The service, especially from Thomas, was outstanding — extremely attentive, warm and professional throughout the entire evening, always making sure we were well taken care of. The food quality fully lived up to the occasion and the New Year’s Eve price is absolutely worth it for what you get. A truly special and well-executed evening.

What a great dinner and incredible service from the staff! Food was high quality and the grilled octopus starter is a must try! The roast of the day (slow cooked steak with teriyaki glaze) was brought to the table and explained in detail by the staff which really enhanced the dining experience. Everyone was very friendly and the dessert recommendation is spot on! I wish to give a special thank to Jenna who is a young addition to the team. She greeted us with a wonderful smile and helped us with our coats and showed us to the table with great professionalism. Throughout the evening she will check up on our table to ensure an impeccable dining experience. We really appreciated her service and have no doubt she will be a wonderful member to any team. Thanks Jenna!
